We’re dedicating our Sundays to sharing five things that made us smile, taught us something, increased our productivity, or were just too good not to share. Our Fast 5 is inspired by Tim Ferriss’ 5-Bullet Friday emails. Thanks, Tim!
1. What we’re listening to
We’ve put together a Spotify playlist to help you get in the zone at work, school, or wherever you need to drown out any distractions and stay focused.
2. What we’re excited about
This week, we were excited to launch our latest Momentum Plus update: multiple countdowns. This addition to our Countdown feature allows you to keep track of multiple important dates instead of just one. Add a deadline, exam date, vacation start date, etc., and you will see how long it is until that event right on your dashboard.
3. What we’re learning about
Anthony William’s work devoted to overcoming illness and disease. Anthony William is a #1 New York Times bestselling author of four books. Anthony’s website, Medical Medium, is an awesome resource for blogs, podcasts, and articles about all-natural, plant-based solutions for dozens of illnesses.
4. What we’re relaxing with
Did you catch our sleep blog earlier this week? We touched on the importance of avoiding screen time before bed to help keep your body clock on track. The Flux app makes the color of your computer’s display adapt to the time of day — warm at night and blue like sunlight during the day.
Read more about the importance of avoiding screen time in part one of our multi-part sleep series here.
5. Quote of the week
Life isn’t as serious as the mind makes it out to be.
Eckhart Tolle
As we head in to the work week, it’s easy for us to stress over our overflowing inbox or busy schedule and feel overwhelmed. This quote is a good mantra to remind ourselves not to overcomplicate things.
