Improve your todo organization
This new feature expands Momentum’s existing Todo by adding in the ability to create and sort multiple customized todo lists. Whether you’re managing a specific project, building your grocery shopping list, or keeping track of your daily appointments, multi-todo lists will help you stay organized and focused.
Multi-todo lists are currently exclusive to Momentum Plus supporters. The previously Plus exclusive Inbox, Today and Done lists are coming soon to Momentum Free.

Behind the scenes
While there are benefits to having a single list focus, we found as new tasks were added over time we became distracted from our specific daily goals. To solve this we initially added the Inbox to Momentum Plus: a separate place to put tasks that weren’t necessary for our daily focus. Although the Inbox helped, there were situations where a second list still wasn’t enough.
The Momentum community played a key role in the support and development of multiple todo lists. Thanks to everyone who voted for and left a comment in the suggestion forum. We appreciate your patience and participation.
Getting started with multi-todo lists
If you’ve subscribed to Momentum Plus, multi-todo lists are available for you right now.
- Click Todo at the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
- Click on your current Todo list (e.g. Today).
- Click + Add List.
- Type in the name of your new list and then hit enter.
Note: If you want to rename, reorder, or delete a todo list after creating it, you can do so in ⚙️ Settings → Todo.
