Beyond beautiful landscape photos and inspirational quotes, Momentum has a collection of useful tools to help you stay focused, motivated, and organized. In this blog post, we’re sharing our favorite tips to help you get the most out of Momentum’s built-in task manager, Todo.
Use your lists (Inbox, Today, and Done)
To help organize your tasks, Todo has three lists: Inbox, Today, and Done. To switch between these lists, click the active list name at the top of the Todo window and then select a list from the dropdown.
The Inbox is best used to catch all the tasks that come to your mind throughout the day. The Today list is a perfect place to organize the group of tasks you want to complete in a given day. Finally, the Done list is there for you to review the tasks you’ve completed over time.
Move your tasks with ease
To quickly move a task from your Inbox to Today list (and vice versa), hover your mouse over a task and then press Spacebar on your keyboard.
You can also move tasks between neighboring lists by dragging and dropping a task on either side of the Todo window.
Create your own lists
To take your organization to the next level, you can create your own lists and assign each a color label with the exclusive Todo features available on Momentum Plus.
To learn more about these additional Todo features, check out our Multi-Todo list guide in Momentum’s Help Center, or upgrade to Momentum Plus to start using them today!
