Stay on top of your fitness goals with Momentum’s new activity metrics!

"Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live."

JIM ROHN

Most people just need a friendly reminder here and there to reach their daily fitness goals, which is why we’re thrilled to announce that two of the most popular fitness apps are now available in Momentum!

Simply connect your Fitbit or Strava account to Momentum and you’ll see your personal activity data right on your dashboard. Gain the upper hand on your fitness goals with friendly reminders of your progress towards them throughout the day.

In this blog post, you’ll see all of the new Fitbit and Strava metrics and learn how you can add them to your dashboard.

Don’t have a Fitbit or other fitness tracking device?

No problem! You can use Fitbit and Strava’s mobile applications to track your activity. When using the Fitbit app, just make sure to enable the MobileTrack feature. 👍

Fitbit Metrics

Fitbit is perhaps the most recognizable name in wearable fitness tech, with over 25 million people using Fitbit devices to monitor their daily physical activity.

Momentum’s Fitbit integration lets you add your daily Steps, Calories, Distance and Sleep metrics to the top right of your dashboard. Whenever you open a new tab you’ll see a friendly reminder of your current activity levels.

Strava Metrics

Strava is one of the most popular social fitness networks that goes where you go. Whether you’re running, riding or swimming you can record, track and share your activity with Strava. Use Strava’s mobile app or make use of their apps and integrations with Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Peloton, MyFitnessPal, and more!

Momentum’s Strava integration lets you add an assortment of Run, Ride and Swim metrics to the top right section of your dashboard. Whenever you open a new tab you’ll see a friendly reminder of your Strava activity and milestones.

  • Recent Running/Riding/Swimming Distances and Counts
  • Current Year Running/Riding/Swimming Distances and Counts
  • All-Time Running/Riding/Swimming Distances and Counts
  • Biggest Riding Distance
  • Number of Strava Followers

Don’t forget to stay hydrated!

With all of the activity you’ll be doing it’s important to stay hydrated. You may also be interested in keeping track of how many glasses of water you drink each day by adding a manual Water metric.
